EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation and Revision of Orders

Please note that to cancel or modify an order, you must do so within the first 24 after the order was placed for both Metro Manila and provincial orders or orders delivered through our preferred delivery provider as once it has been shipped

Because it is unfair for the other clients that have placed their orders ahead of time to not get their pieces to them as soon as possible after this period.

 

Exchange and Refund Policy

 

ENCANTADA JEWELS may only replace purchased items if they exhibit quality control imperfections, excluding any clarity characteristics of the gemstones or details explicitly stated in the item's description. This includes instances such as receiving an item that was already broken, provided the defects are not due to the buyer's negligence or normal wear and tear.

If you receive a defective item matching the above description, you are entitled to a seven (7) day grace period from the receipt of your item to request a return and replacement. Please note that requests for return and replacement will not be entertained beyond this seven-day period. Upon approval of your request and receipt of the returned item in good condition, we will strive to provide a replacement

The following do not qualify as imperfections or defects: (a) clarity characteristics of diamonds and gemstones, including the following:

 

  • (1) Crystals, needles, knots, or dark crystals; (2) pinpoints and clouds; (3) internal grain lines or twinning wisps; (4) feathers or cleavages; (v) cavities; (6) chips; or (7) indented naturals. The reason is that like Wagyu Beef Gemstones and Diamonds have different grading standards set by the Gemological Institute of America

 

  • Tarnishing and Scratches on gold metal.

 

 

Returns will not be accepted if they are based on the presence of any of these characteristics.

 

 

For a return to be considered eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hi@encantadajewelsph.com. If we approve your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and most likely will be shipped back to you.

 

After your exchange request is accepted, we will arrange to collect the product from you

 

And we have received the item we will do a secondary inspection to double check the item received and if it is the original item you can opt to have a product replacement of the same or lesser value.

 

It is our obligation to inform you that, in cases involving chemical tampering, underkarating, or unauthorized substitution of gemstones in exchanged items, we reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant federal authorities. In these circumstances, not only will you forfeit the right to a refund or exchange, but we will also return the items to you and proceed with notifying the appropriate legal Federal entities.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Upon receiving your order, we urge you to examine the item promptly. If you find any defects or if the item is not what you ordered, please contact us right away. This will allow us to assess the situation and address the problem effectively.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Regrettably, items bought and be intended to be returned simply due to a change of mind are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

A refund for your purchase will be provided only in cases where we cannot replace the purchased item.

Once we receive and examine your returned item, and determine that replacement is not an option, we will inform you. In such instances, the refund will be issued to the payment method you originally used.

Be aware that there might be a delay as your bank or credit card company processes the refund.
