Shipping Policy
Encantada Jewels is committed to prompt and punctual delivery of jewelry. We utilize LBC, our preferred courier service, to ensure safe, secure, and fully insured deliveries. You can look forward to the timely arrival of your pieces.

- 2-3 business days delivery within Metro Manila.
- 2-4 business days delivery outside Metro Manila.
Please note: Our items are shipped from various deposit boxes (Lilypad Logistic Hubs) across the Island of Luzon for the safety of our staff and the items. If an item is marked as out of stock, it cannot be added to your cart, and your order cannot be completed. However, we regularly update our store inventory with new stock.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days upon order confirmation. Orders can be expedited if placed before 12 PM Noon on the same day. Our office operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the office will be closed. We strive to minimize shipment delays during these periods.
Delivery Charges and InformationWe offer Express Delivery as our standard delivery service. For orders below P5000, complimentary delivery is not provided (within the Philippines). All orders are shipped via LBC Express. To check delivery timeframes, please visit LBC Express' website.
Track your order at https://www.lbcexpress.com/track. We will also send your tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Please note there may be a delay in the tracking number appearing on the website.
If delivery time exceeds the expected period, please contact us for an investigation.
For international orders, destination taxes and tariffs may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. You pay only for the product and shipping charges from the Philippines. Additional charges may apply once the product leaves the Philippines.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country. We advise you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.
Refusing to pay duties and taxes upon arrival will result in the goods being returned to Encantada Jewels Philippines, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid.
Parcels Damaged In TransitIf a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at hi@encantadajewelsph.com for the next steps.
InsuranceParcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
- Process for parcel damaged in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement after the courier has completed their investigation.
- Process for parcel lost in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost.
